Sick

I haven't really been feeling very well this week anyway. About four or five days ago, I pinched a nerve in my lower back. A few days after that, I kinked my neck. I have gotten a sore throat and running nose this week as well, and off and on, I have been sick to my stomache. Today, when I was supposed to be enjoying turkey and great family company, I felt crappy and couldn't eat. Allison fixed my back for me. She had to put a lot of my ribs back into place, and about 8 of the vertebra in my neck, but eventually I also ended up throwing up everything that I had tried to eat.

I was laying on the couch when I threw up. Mainly all over myself and my blanket. I threw up two times and tried to call for help, but no one heard me. After the third time, I yelled, "Somebody help me!" Kjersti came running into the room and then yelled into the other room that we needed a throw up bowl, after she got to watch me throw up the fourth time.

Allison had me get up and go to the bathroom. She said that she would wash all of my clothes and my blankets as I cleaned myself up. As I was taking my shower, I realized that my cell phone had still been in the pocket of my jacket. Kjersti ran downstairs to turn off the water, but it is too late. My phone is ruined. Then I threw up another five times in the bathroom.

I have had to lay down in my room and try not to throw up all day instead of hanging out with my family. It really has not been a pleasant experience. The only good news is, that I think the worst is now over. I have been able to get a cup of applesauce and, so far, it is staying down. Good thing too, because I have to be back to work tomorrow. (and figure out a way to get a new cell phone.)

Thank you everyone for helping me feel better today. I really appreciate it. I also wanted everyone to know that I don't blame anyone for what happened to my phone. It was just a bad day. I am sorry that I missed out hanging out with everyone. I am especially sad that I didn't get to really hang out with Allie while she was here. But, thanks for playing the family duet one more time so that I could join in. :)

Poor Chelsee Belsee Boo! I'm sorry that you weren't feeling well! I think we've all been sick over a holiday, and it's so hard. Plus I didn't think it was as fun yesterday without you, or just having you lay down on the floor. I'm glad you're feeling better.
