Is that legal?

So Natalie works at the new El Matador that opened right next to Baskin on Main St. While at work, Natalie fell and cut her wrist open. She needed six stitchs to close the wound but she also cut a nerve that makes it so that she can't feel her palm anymore. Even if she goes to a specialist, she will never regain feeling there. El Matador gave her workers comp. for the time that she had to stay out of work, but now that she got her stitches out and feels ready to work, but they won't let her... is that legal or is there something that she can do about that? They haven't fired her, but she isn't getting workers comp. anymore and he hasn't let her start working again.

If they haven't fired her, there is still hope... and if they do, she can file a claim that she was released because of her accident. You'll have to ask Dad, but she could probably sue.
