Blind Date

On Wednesday I went on a date with a guy named Patrick. I had never met him before, but a friend of mine set us up and told me that he was a nice guy worth getting to know. Wednesday was my day off this week, so I told him that I could go out then. He came and got me and took me to Lagoon. We had fun, even though he liked to make fun of how scared I got on some of the rides. I haven't been there in years, so most of the rides we rode I had never been on before. I had already been on the White roller coaster, Rattle Snake Rapids and Collasus, but this was the first time that I went on the Spider, Cliffhanger, the Rocket, Wicked, and Wild Mouse. (Or something like that.) After being there for over 4 hours, I could tell that I was really burning, so I told him that we either needed to go get sunscreen or be done for the day. He said it was okay if we left, even though he said he had originally been planning that we would be there until 9 or so. (He came and got me at noon.) We then went out to Zeponnies and got some pizza. For the most part, aside from getting really sunburned, I had a good time. He is a nice guy, but I think I like him just as a friend. I miss hanging out with my other guy friends, and that is what he mostly reminded me of.
