This week for my photography class, my assignment was to pick a famous photographer, write a 3-4 page report on them, and then take a minimum of 15 pictures that copied their style, mounting the best one. I went through the list of photographers and studied their pictures, and Eugene Atget's were the ones that stuck out to me. The paper definitely wasn't my best work. I ended up writing it the night before since I have been so busy, but I took pictures a couple of different days, and I am really happy with how they turned out. We were required to turn in one, but I narrowed it down to four, so here are the four I turned in, after the picture's style that I was trying to imitate:

Here are a few other close seconds that didn't quite make it in:

HECK YES! I hope your teacher likes it because I think you took some really amazing pictures. Don't worry, I'll keep the fact that you being "busy" was actually watching Alias with me and Jay just between us. Who can help it? We're all addicted.
You already know that I think these are pretty amazing pictures. I, of course, liked the one of the bridge best.
Oh, you didn't put in the one I liked! That's ok, though, because the ones you picked are FABULOUS! Good job, Chelsee!
Which one did you like?
