Back to School!!

Today was my first day back at school! It went pretty good!! I was a little stressed about how it was going to work taking Will to school first and then being late for my first class, but it went pretty good. I told him that I had to take him a little early so I wouldn't be so late and he got ready for me really fast! I only missed them going over the syllabus but was there for all of the notes! For the next couple of weeks, his basketball schedule will fit with my school schedule perfectly, so I shouldn't be missing anything for a little while.

My first class in Photographing People. I think it will be a really fun class! My teacher is Ed again, who was my same teacher for my Studio class. He was talking today about how most people don't like to have their pictures taken because everyone actually sees themselves differently than how a camera captures you. For example, if you hear yourself on an answering machine, you don't think that sounds like your voice. Same with your picture. He said it is important to remember that everyone else sees you how you actually are and love you. So you shouldn't be intimidated with having your picture taken! Great first class!

Next, and the one that I want some feedback on, is my Portfolio class. By the end of the year, I have to put together an AMAZING Portfolio. If I was graduating this year, I would be able to take this portfolio out and apply for a job. So EVERYONE please comment and tell me what you think the BEST picture is that you have seen me take. Oh yeah, did I mention that my final portfolio only gets to have 10 pictures in it?!?! HELP!!
