Just giving you a hard time

Okay, here is my little blurb about dumb people that I have to deal with in customer service. I HATE the people that say dumb things and are rude, and then say, "I'm just trying to give you a hard time." How is that supposed to make it better?!? What makes them think that it is okay to give me a hard time about dumb useless things? How is that funny? And does anyone want to guess how much of that I get in a day? Yeah, you aren't really being rude, and your just trying to have some fun while I make your crap, but so does the next person, and the next person, and the next person. If you want to make conversation, think of something better than joking about our sign that says, "We no longer accept checks." It isn't funny to ask if you can use a check. Really. Where do people get these dumb ideas? I would personally feel pretty dumb if I asked if I could use a check when there was a big sign that said "No checks". Duh. The answer is NO! And don't ask me the history of Baskin Robbins. I don't know, and I don't care. Don't assign it to me as "homework" to go look it up. If you want to know, go look it up yourself. Don't complain to me if we don't have your favorite flavor. There is nothing that I can do about it. We have 46 other flavors. I am sure there is a different one that you like too. And don't ask me why we have 46 flavors when we are called "31 Flavors." I didn't name the store and I don't know. All I do is make up an answer to get you to leave me alone. If you are short money, don't take the difference out of my tips. I shouldn't have to pay for your ice cream. And it's not funny when you try and pay with my tips either. No, you can't have a taste sample of every flavor. I have better things to do with my time. And if I give you one, you can't have another one of the same flavor. Buy a scoop if you want more. And no... we don't have lids for the cones!
