My parents each wrote their own vows. My mom went first, telling my dad that she would always accept him for who he was.
My dad went next, telling my mom that he wanted them to grow old together. :)
The family congratulating my parents. :)

Wesley was on speaker phone for the entire ceremony and was able to talk to both of my parents afterwards.

Karen was nice enough to watch the kids for us so they wouldn't interrupt the ceremony, but they were with us afterwards to help celebrate.

The ceremony was short and sweet, right to the point and very touching. I am so happy I could be there to be a part of it. So, nearly ten years later, my parents are back together. :)

I am so glad your parents got back together. How exciting!
I was so happy to hear the news; it seems like the family puzzle has been put back together again and the picture is whole once more.
Wait? How did our parents manage to get such an amazing photographer on such short notice? :) Your pictures are amazing as usual, Chelsee!
You can tell by the pictures that I was really touched be there for Mom and Dad getting re-married. I'm sure not many kids get to listen to their parents second set of vows. (Maybe 6?) But that was an amazing experience I'll never forget.
Hooray for getting such great pictures and really capturing the event! You're so awesome!
For me, this event wasn't a huge change. Before they got married again they still spent time together. They still said they loved one another. But seeing the effect it had on everyone else gives me an idea of how momentous this event really was. Awesome pictures as always Chelsee. :)
